Varli's Choice
Varli's Choice is a section of Varli Magazine in which Varli herself covers her favorite dishes and shares the recipe. Having experienced a tremendous array of fine Indian food during the course of her research for the magazine, she has gathered a wealth of information.
There will be a "Varli's Choice" booth that will be highlighting few of her favorite dishes from the previous year. Festival goers will have the opportunity to taste first-hand these exquisite creations. This is a showcase for the talented chef and the restaurant, but most importantly, an opportunity for you to sample some incredible food!
