Started off In India,and Graduating from the institute of hotel Management.I Gained my training from Taj Group of Hotels Goa India.With a dream of traveling and working around the world.I decided to join Carnival cruise lines.Joining the cruise line as given me exposure to various cuisines from around the world.Most of all a valid experience on food and culture.I was inspired to come to New York where I found my route in Indian Cuisine and wanted to take Indian food to the next level.Able to succeed so far in creating something different and looking to progress even more by owning something more unique and creative of my own.
