Chef Roshni Gurnani

She has a unique fusion style of cooking, blending different cultures together. Her hard work and dedication has brought her to where she is today. In 2009, Roshni was awarded “Chopped Champion” on the hit Food Network show Chopped. That same year she was also the first chef in Boston to introduce healthy restaurant-style quality food into college campuses and was featured in the Boston Globe newspaper. This triggered the healthy food scene throughout colleges in Massachusetts. Roshni’s wide travels and vast knowledge and hunger for the culinary world has awarded her as being one of the top 5 Indian chefs in USA by India Currentsmagazine in 2011. In 2011, Roshni was also invited to be the featured chef for Masala, Mendhi, Masti in Toronto, Canada, North America’s largest South Asian festival. In 2012, Roshni was a contestant on the very popular FOX TV show Hell’s Kitchen with Michelin Star chef Gordon Ramsay. She was the only chef among 18 that Chef Ramsay addressed as a “passionate, well-rounded chef that blended flavors magically. 'In 2014 Chef Gurnani was award the best taste award for the Austin wine and dine festival as well as first place in the taste of BVI. She was recently awarded Top Chef Las Vegas by Las Vegas food and wine festival. She also recently was second winner at the Austin Horseshoe Bay wine and dine festival 2016. In 2017 Chef Rosh was invited to The Mohegan Sun "Sun Fest Wine festival" as a celebrity chef among Chefs such as Aaron Sanchez, Mario Batali and Todd English.

Apart from having her own catering and consulting company, as well as, a cook book author, chef Roshni is a professor at the Art Institute of Houston. Chef Roshni believes "food is a journey, not a destination.'
Chef Nandini Anant

Nandini Anant is a Microbiologist turned Private Chef/ Caterer and food blogger (www. She believes that it is easy to gain or lose weight but the challenge is to maintain and follow a healthy regimen. She has always been passionate about cooking and has designed an extensive menu which is all natural and vegetarian that is whole some and nutritious at the same time mouth watering and delicious!
Nandini competed on “Master Chef” on Fox with Gordon Ramsay and also a finalist on Food Network’s most watched show “Cut Throat Kitchen” with Alton Brown.
She had the most wonderful time cooking and working with such world renowned Chefs and considers it to be a huge honor! Being a mom of 2 girls, she is always pressed for time and has some great recipes that are quick, filled with nutrition and delicious! Nandini also works as Chef Instructor at Whole Foods in Montclair, Millburn/ Vauxhall/ Union in NJ and teaches cooking classes- both demonstrations and hands on cooking lessons.
Chef Sahil Zafar

Born and raised in Kolkata, India, Chef Sahil Zafar recognized his passion for food at an early age. The local kebab and Kathi vendors inspired him, so after his education and a few years in the Navy, he came to America to learn a diversity of world cuisines.
He opened his first venture Shizan, an Asian restaurant, which piqued his interest in global fusion dishes. He is now renowned for fusing rich and enticing global flavors into unforgettable meals for the over 5,000 guests to whom he's catered.
